실업계고교의 BizCool 창업교육 효과 분석

본 연구는 최근 우리나라 실업계 고교에서 시행되고 있는 BizCool을 통한 창업교육의 효과를 교육훈련 평가모형을 도입하여 실증적으로 조사 분석하였다. 창업교육에 영향을 줄 수 있는 변수 즉 창업교육 내용, 교육자료, 교육방법, 피드백, 교육흥미도와 교육의 주체인 교사의 역할과 학생의 자기유능감이 변수로 채택되었다. 그리고 ‘미래의 창업의사’와 ‘창업교육 학습효과’를 각각 창업교육의 결과변수로 채택하였다. 조사 대상은 상업계 및 종합고교 8개교 545명이었다. 연구 결과에 의하면 학생들의 미래의 창업의사에 영향을 주는 변수로는 창업교육 흥미도와 교사의 역할 그리고 학생의 자기유능감이 중요한 설명변수로 나타났다. 창업교육은 관심과 흥미가 있어야 하고 창업교육을 지도하는 교사 역할의 중요성이 확인되었다. 또한 기존의 교육훈련 연구에서 교육훈련 성과에 중요한 변수라고 주장되고 있는 자기유능감도 미래의 창업의사를 잘 설명하는 변수로 나타났다. 그러나 창업교육 자체와 관련된 교육내용, 교육자료, 교육방법, 피드백 등은 미래의 창업의사에 영향을 주지 못했다. 본 연구는 이에 관한 의미를 제시하였다.또 하나의 창업교육 결과변수인 창업교육 학습효과에는 학습내용, 교육의 흥미도, 교사의 역할 등이 주요한 영향 변수로 나타났다. 그 외 창업교육 참가 교사수와 부모의 소득도 학습효과에 정의 영향을 주었다. 본 연구는 창업교육이 왜 일찍부터 필요한가를 보여주는 중요한 의미를 찾을 수 있었고, 창업교육에서 교육흥미도와 교사의 역할 그리고 학생의 자기유능감이 중요하다는 것을 발견하였다. 이 같은 결과는 창업교육의 이론적 실무적 그리고 정책적 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This study adopts an evaluation model of training and development and analyzes through an experimental research the effect of entrepreneurship education via BizCool at vocational high schools in Korea. Adopted as independent variables of this research which can influence entrepreneurship education are entrepreneurial education content, instructional materials, teaching techniques, feedback, interest in entrepreneurship education, teachers' role, and students' self-efficacy. 'Future entrepreneurial intention' and 'entrepreneurial education effectiveness' are adopted as the outcome variables of entrepreneurship education. The subject of this study are 545 students from 8 commercial and comprehensive high schools. The results of this study are as follows. Interest in entrepreneurship education, teachers' role and students' self-efficacy are found to be important variables which affect students' future entrepreneurial intention. It is also confirmed that entrepreneurship education needs students' attention and interest as well as the role of teachers who lead entrepreneurship education. Self-efficacy, which has been maintained as an important variable of education drill effect in the literature, is found to be a variable that gives a good explanation of future entrepreneurial intention. However, education content, instructional materials, teaching techniques, and feedback are found not to have influence on entrepreneurial intention, the meaning of which this study tries to suggest. Another outcome variable, entrepreneurial education effectiveness, has as its important variables education content, interest in education, and teachers' role. This study is meaningful in that it shows why it is necessary to have an early entrepreneurship education. It also finds that interest in entrepreneurship education, teachers' role and students' self-efficacy are important in entrepreneurship education.
