The Discussion about the Artistry of Graphic Design is a long time since. The character of the graphic design which has binarity of the artistry and commercial sincerity will be deepen discussion. Paul Rand has been talked that there is not a difference between the artist and the designer. they have forms and contents and work by them. And David carson also asserted that the design was Art quoted by Paul Rand's statement. Therefore, we are knowing that the discussion would be lasted about the artistry of graphic design. There is relation which is close with amusement instinct from all art creation process which the human being treats.Le Corbusier said that Art is embodied through interaction of playing as the expression of art spirit. Playing is a Process as a part of learning step and is created a basis of creative thinking. It is natural that the discussion against of artistry, because Graphic design is a product of visual amusement instinct derived with result of interaction of playing which accompanys from process of all art expression. The reason why the discussion against the artistry of like this graphic design will be deepened is that the modern graphic design is based on character own expressional individuality according to intuitional thought.Therefore, the writer will build demonstration based on some evidence about the artistry of graphic design. The final conclusion which it gets via this research is not to tell the difference between to be art and not. It will be able to discover the art value which is sufficient even from modern graphic design. Also, as graphic designers do design work, they will discover the accomplishing motive clearly.
