은행 경영평가시스템의 효율화 방안에 관한 연구

초록
현행 은행경영실태평가 모형은 CAEL의 계량지표 14개와 비계량지표인 경영관리부문 및 시장리스크에 대한 민감도를 고려하여 경영실태를 평가하고 있다. 그러나 계량지표 변수간의 다중공선성이 발생할 경우 부실은행의 예측능력이 떨어질 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현행 경영평가모형이 은행의 경영성과를 얼마나 정확하게 평가하고 있는지 여부를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 그 결과 14개의 계량지표로는 다중공선성 문제로 인해서 부실예측력이 떨어진다는 것을 밝혀내고, Backward selection기법으로 현행평가모형에서 유의성이 높은 평가지표와 거시경제지표를 추가로 투입할 경우 경영평가모형의 부실예측력이 높아질 수 있다는 것을 입증 하였다. 분석결과 현행 경영실태평가모형에서는 부실예측력이 44.4%에 불과하나 현행평가모형에서 통계적으로 유의한 변수만을 적용한 평과결과 부실예측력이 66.7%로 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 유의변수만을 적용한 평가모형에 추가로 거시경제변수를 적용한 평가에서는 부실예측력이 88.9%로 매우 높게 나타났다. 따라서 은행의 경영실태평가 과정에서 본 연구에서 제시한 거시경제변수를 고려하여 평가할 경우 효율적인 평가가 가능할 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
Current Bank management evaluation system depends on Sensitive for market risk and management administrative area that is involved 14 CAEL's measuring index and Non-measuring index. But, estimate ability of insolvent bank can be decrerse when multicollinearity occurs between measuring variance happens. Hereupon, I verified that current management evaluation model availability, how is evaluating exactly management performance of bank. As a result, revealed that insolvent estimate power is low because multicollinearity happens between 14 indicators. And proved that insolvent estimate power can be rise in case of apply that level of significance is a high variable and Macro-economy Variable selected through Backward selection technique. Insolvent estimate power is not more then 44.4% in current management evaluation model but insolvent estimate power increases by 66.7% according to result that apply significance level high variable statistically. Together, insolvent estimate power appeared very high by 88.9% which apply in significance level high variable and selected Macro-economy variance. Therefore, this study shows macro-economy variable is the most effective to evaluate Bank management.
