한류과학기술 관련 법률의 중복 입법 Ⅰ－디지털콘텐츠를 중심으로－

Todays we have many Acts about Science and Technology. But they are made from time to time as the need arises. So many of them are similar or double. It necessarily leads to confusion about analysis and execution of acts. Acts about Digital Contents also have the same problems. They can be divided into two groups. One is the Protection for Digital Contents’s Rights and the other is the Promotion of Digital Contents’s Industries. The former group contains 「Online Digital Contents Industry Development Act」 and 「Copyright Act」. They have similar articles for the Digital Contents Producer’s Rights. The latter group contains 「Online Digital Contents Industry Development Act」 and 「Framework Act on the Promotion of Cultural Industries」. They have double articles for the Promotion of Digital Contents Industries. I studied what are similar and double articles, what can we do for these problems. At the conclusion of this study I will propose that Acts about Digital Contents need to be unified for systematization and efficiency.
