중국에 진출한 한국 제조기업의 공급사슬 발전단계와 성과에 관한 연구

초록
본 연구는 중국에 투자한 한국 제조기업의 공급사슬 발전단계를 확인하여 이에 따른 성과의 차이를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 가설을 검증하기 위해 군집분석과 분산분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 군집 간의 차이를 확인하기 위해 사후검증을 실시하였다. 분석결과를 보면, 먼저 비용성과는 군집 간 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었고 사후검증을 통해 공급사슬통합단계에 있는 기업만이 높은 성과를 누리는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 중국에 투자한 기업 중 공급사슬관리를 도입하고자 하는 기업은 공급사슬의 발전단계를 모두 거친 공급사슬통합단계에서 비용성과를 누릴 수 있다. 이는 조직이 새로운 혁신을 수용하고 이러한 혁신이 조직에 체화되었을 때 비용성과가 나타난다는 것을 의미한다. 그리고 차별화성과도 군집 간의 차이를 확인할 수 있었고 사후검증결과 3개의 다른 군집으로 분류되었다. 이는 독립단계, 내부 및 외부통합단계, 공급사슬통합단계의 순으로 차별화성과가 높게 나타난다는 것을 의미한다. 즉, 중국 진출 한국기업은 공급사슬관리를 도입함으로써 차별화성과를 누릴 수 있고 발전단계가 높을수록 높은 차별화성과를 누릴 수 있다.
Abstract
In this research, we would confirm a behavior of supply chain management of Korean firms through global distribution of value chain in manufacturing firms. Futhermore, we aim at confirmed a developing stage of supply chain of them and then it has for our object to analyze a difference of performance.This research gave a definition of measuring variables through prior studies, practiced a survey of questionnaire and analyzed the data. The conclusion of analysis was as follows. First, developing stages of supply chain through cluster analysis were classified into independent stage, internal integrated stage, external integrated stage and supply chain integrated stage. Second, compared on the basis of performance like cost and differentiation, hypotheses are confirmed a difference in performance between developing stages of supply chain, and thirdly, the analysis showed a gap of performance to each group. Therefore, we confirmed empirically a differentiation of performance in each stage through developing stages of supply chain.
