Moreover we need to view the protecting policies for non-regular workers on the base of the principle of public interests first. But we also need to consider about a realistic understanding on internal market economy and the constitutional limitation of social market economic principle to intervene between workers and companies. This article focuses on exposed issues of the Protecting non-regular workers law and suggests solutions on the problems of the it in the concrete by the viewpoint based on the contemporary situations.
