기업물류비의 효율적 관리방안

Logistics is that part of the supply chain process that plan, implements, and controls the efficient, effective flow and storage of goods, services, and related information from the point of origin to the point of consumption in order to meet customers' requirements.The goal the business and profit maximization can be achieved by creating revenue or reducing costs. What can be done by the effort of the business itself is possible through cost reduction, specially logistics costs, rather than through revenue creation. Logistics costs of a business is continually increased because of various customer satisfaction, competition. Revenues are in large measure influenced by a supply chain's ability to deliver to customers the right product, to the right place, at the right time, in the right condition, and at the right costs. The major purpose of this research is to identify the determinants of efficient management plan of business logistic costs in korea.This paper describes practices for the computation system and actual conditions of business logistics costs, logistics costing system, logistics budgeting system. This paper aim at providing the framework for supply chain management, logistics information system, logistics outsourcing, logistics costing suit to korean logistics environment.
