After the Moscow Agreement in December 1945, the Democratic People’s Front(DPF) set forth the Temporary Charter based on Temporary Constitution of the Korean Democratic Republic(CHOSUN MIN CHOO KONG HWA KOOK YIM SI YAK PUB) in April 1946, and the Korean Representative Democratic Council of Southern Korea(KRDC) also established the Temporary Constitution of the Republic of Korea(DAI HAN MIN KOOK YIM SI HERN PUB). During the period of the first US-USSR Joint Commission, the right and left group in south Korea completed the preparation to establish the constitution of the provisional government. The Temporary Constitution of the Korean Democratic Republic was originally prepared for the constitution of the Korean People’s Republic(CHOSUN IN MIN KONG HWA KOOK). But it changed into the temporary constitution of the DPF. The Emergency National Assembly tried to succeed to the Temporary Charter of the Korean Provisional Government, and was connected with the KRDC. But Korean Democratic Party opposed the Korean Provisional Government in connection with the hegemony of political power. It suggested that the right groups would split up. The Temporary Constitution of the Republic of Korea was prepared by the K RDC, which opposed the Moscow Agreement on Korean Trusteeship. This Temporary Constitution was the state system which the right groups in the KRDC agreed on, and the right groups could split up through the medium of it.
