현대 중국 디자인 미학의 과제

초록
현대 중국의 디자인의 고유한 영역을 구축하기 위한 노력과 시도를 전통의 계승과 세계적인 기준에 의거한 보편성의 개념으로 규명해 보았다. 중국에서의 디자인에 대한 기본적인 이해를 제공해주는 것이 바로 중국 디자인의 사상적 근원인 디자인 미학이다. 미학의 사상과 예술에 대한 개념이 바로 이러한 개념적 세계를 이해하는 척도로서 이해할 수 있다. 광고의 중국에의 이입과 이의 적용, 생활화의 과정이 사상성 이해의 하나의 예가 될 수 있다. 공산주의 사회 체제의 광고에 대한 부정적 인식과 사상성에의 부속성 특성, 개혁과 개방 이후의 사상 이데올로기의 배제 등의 과정을 거쳐 자신의 사상성을 확보할 수 있었다. 예술성의 중국 디자인 특성은 "예술 설계"의 양식에서 그 유사한 개념을 추출할 수 있다. 자연과 더불어 열락을 음미하는 정신을 표현하고 있다. 중국 현대 디자인 고유의 영역의 확립을 위해 예술과 실용, 전통과 현대라는 서로 대립적인 성질의 예술과 디자인 요소에 대한 중국 특징적 사고(思考)와 고찰이 행해져야 한다. 예술과 실용은 중국 디자인의 전통에서 그 통일성과 상호 의존성을 찾을 수 있다. 공예 등이 발달한 고대 중국에서 예술은 실용적으로 사용되었으며 실용적인 디자인 객체에 예술이 적용되었다. 전통과 현대는 중국 디자인의 이론을 모색하는데 중요한 모티브를 제공한다. 중국 전통의 회화와 공예 이론 등은 현대 서양 중심의 예술 창작에 그대로 적용될 수 있는 것들이었다. 서양 전통보다 더 추상성과 사상의 여운이 강한 중국 예술의 특징은 오늘날 서양 것에 대응하는 중국적 전통을 확립하는데 중요한 실마리를 제공해 줄 것이다. 이로써 중국적 디자인 미학이 확립될 이론적이고 사상적인 모색이 준비된 셈이다. 미적 창신, 새로움에 대한 창조적 응용, 합리성, 퍼스낼리티와 시장성 구조의 이해에까지 중국 디자인 미학의 독창적 이론을 구축해 나가는 사상, 예술 및 실제적 차원을 제시한다.
Abstract
The article purposes to illustrate design aesthetics theory establishment in contemporary China. The design aesthetics in contemporary China represents the core thought of Chinese traditional design aesthetics in historical context of Chinese characteristic design aesthetics. The Chinese characteristic theory of design aesthetics would be sought through the review of the tradition Chinese design aesthetics and Western design aesthetics tradition. It would be the limits that advertisement presentation and communist ideology would influence elements in the developments in modern design aesthetics.The themes of design aesthetics in contemporary China would be the contrasts and harmonies between arts and practices, and tradition and western style of design elements. And the elements of artistic and thought design aesthetics would be provided as the background. The developments in contemporary aesthetics would be able to be the images unity and inter independence between the arts and practical characters in contemporary Chinese aesthetics.The arts and practices, and tradition and western style would be the elements and thoughts in establishing Chinese characteristic design aesthetics. The traditional aesthetics would be the positive motives in the presentation of Chinese characteristic aesthetics than Western aesthetics thought and skills.In conclusion, creative and adoption, newness and market-oriented system would be the major clues in self autonomy of the future design aesthetics in China. It would be the way to the most Chinese characteristic aesthetics in contemporary China.
