As we are interested in Ubiquitous Society more, there are many studies on Ubiquitous Society. what's more, each state is planning to build Ubiquitous City. However, most researcher have studied technologies for facilitating public involvement and general introduction of Ubiquitous Society. As we are the leader as far as Ubiquitous City concerned, we need to set up the law and the system which are based on the construction of Ubiquitous City. In addition, there is nothing to study them abroad. Therefore this article intends to show what better direction for 「law of Ubiquitous City's construction」 to support, control, and operate an effective construction of Ubiquitous City is. Futhermore, in order to point out problems about the current laws around Ubiquitous City, author arranged many kinds of laws which is related to it, and made a general survey. What I want to suggest is the following. First, Ubiquitous City is the new paradigm residence. As a result we need an act which can bind architecture and information technology, because a ubiquitous city or U-city is a city or region with ubiquitous information technology, all information systems are linked, and virtually everything is linked to an information system through technologies such as wireless networking and RFID tags. In spite of that, 「law of Ubiquitous City's construction」 don't regulate both of them, especially there is a lack of the protection of privacy information, security of information, and the gap of information's service. Secondly, according to the law, old cities can not be expected to build as a Ubiquitous City. At last, many advisory organizations can exist, but that will cause them to play a same role. After improvement of this problems, 「law of Ubiquitous City's construction」 will backup, regulate, and work effectively.
