韓-伊 이문화 갈등의 유형에 대한 분석 - 이탈리아 중·남부지역의 한인사회를 중심으로 -

This paper aims to set up a research base for getting rid of crosscultural problems focusing on the analysis of cultural problems and their types between Korean and Italian. For this, I did research survey to Korean and Italian in Italy, 2006 summer. In conclusion of survey, types of crosscultural conflict from two nationals mainly divide lifestyle crosscultural conflict and professional one. The former covers some aspects of cultural fact for Korean who lives long or short in Italy, the latter, indirect crosscultural conflict, is found in young people in Korean families especially took birth in the local. They usually confused their identity in the middle of family and local society. Professional crosscultural conflict, on the other side, includes a cultural conflict between Korean and Italian employees in the situation of closing international relation. In this case, Korean employees manage and control to Italian employees. Therefore, it is necessary to have competent language skill and broadly understanding of local culture. In reality, a result from cultural conflict between workers in company appears in the interest rates of company.
