초록
This paper is aimed to stress the necessities of the creative moving image making in class, which should be taught prior to the technique-based education of the film and video production. The methodological approach of the creative moving image making based on visual thinking mainly deals with a learning process of expressing various solutions in moving images by creativity-visualizing training of the intuitive points of view on surrounding environments. The principal learning method relates the basic theory of the visual thinking with linguistic and visual concepts to the thinking process of the film and video production. This paper is mainly concerned with designing the 'One-cut moving image' project for class activity. Various case studies for the project are performed with senior students, in a film and video major, for a whole semester and utilized to account for the learning process and its effects. The learning process basically suggests three gradual tasks performed step by step. Each task requires the following consecutive learning activities: 1) the creative thinking process from observation and experience, 2) the visual thinking process from inquiry and exploration, and 3) the creative moving image making process from the workouts resulted from the previous activities.
