온라인 발명교육 직무연수 콘텐츠의 현황 및 만족도 조사

Objectives of this study were to grasp the present condition and survey the satisfaction for on-line invention job training contents(survival in the invention world) for teachers. This study was carried out through literature review and survey research, Entire contents consisted of five on-line modules(54 hours) and one off-line module(6 hours). Features of the contents were summarized as the emphasis of creative thinking power, blended learning of on-line and off-line, new contents different from existing contents, and emphasis of interaction between lecturer and learner. Teachers' satisfaction level of the contents was very high in many ways, such as learning motivation, interaction between lecturer and learner, relationship between the contents and school curriculum, operational method of curriculum for job training, learning materials, etc. Some suggestions was made for the following research and development. First, more contents for invention job training should be developed to satisfy for teachers' needs. Second, in the case of developing other similar contents in the future, interaction between lecturer and learner should be more emphasized. Third, more specific research which deals with differences according to teachers' sex, working place, specialty at university, whether invention job training or not, etc. should be made in the future.
