초록
This review article examines the nature and function of trust in relation to the rational, organic, and cultural models of organization at the interpersonal, structural, and interorganizational levels of analysis. The current status of the area of research on trust seems to be fragmented in its target problems and approaches to them, which is partially due to different, confusing conceptualization of the trust construct. In an effort to provide a classification system for diverse aspects of trust, this article identifies various types of trust according to the models of organization and the levels of analysis : calculative trust, deterrence-based trust, relational trust, institutional trust, identify-based trust, procedure-based normative trust, and normative trust. The article then discusses implications of viewing trust from different perspectives with multilevel analysis.
