불확실성하의 조직내 신뢰와 통제시스템간의 관계

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediation effect of trust on relationship between environment uncertainty and control system. The control system should be designed to adapt company's management environment. The company's perception for uncertainty effect on its control system. Trust is one of prerequisite for well doing control system. Prior studies suggested that there is trade-off relationship between trust and control system. However, this study predict that it is wrong for interactive control or dynamic tension under uncertainty. If trust is low then interactive control is cannot well done. The use of interactive control under uncertainty needs effective communication, cooperation and concurrence in organization. Few empirical studies have focused on this relationship between trust and control system. This study used four variables-uncertainty, trust, interactive control and dynamic tension. The results suggest that there is significantly positive mediation effect of trust on relationship between uncertainty and interactive control. The companies faced with uncertainty should establish interactive control based on trust. This study has similar results about variable of dynamic tension. However, the additional analysis provides that diagnostic control is used broadly in organization highly used interactive control. This result suggest that a lot of companies use simultaneously interactive control as well as diagnostic control. Therefore, in managerial environment uncertainty, firms seeking for competitive edges need to establish not only interactive control but also diagnostic control under trust.
