A study on the subject of labor law for the sound labor-management relations

In a short period, Korea make a remarkable growth of economy. but various urgent questions being settled without moment’s delay developed from it. One of them is lack of stability of industrial relations and establish a sound labormanage relations. As the basic aim of labor-management relations. we must direct our energies toward higher productivity and fair distribution. Labor-management have to innovate their obsolete way of thinking which is an impedimental factors to desirable industrial relations and improve premodern labor surroundings and create a labor-environment which can make provision efficiently for the rapidly changing industrial environment. By solving the alienation of laborer and relative feelings of deprivation through fair procedure for decision- making of company and fair distribution of product of management. Disbelief of laborer against management must be get rid of. Labor policy must be setting- up for the self regulating relations between labor and management and improvement of distribution system. Such labor policy have to take aim at maintain of industrial peace by bargaining collectively, preventing labor dispute and setling amicably the labor dispute which is happened already. In addition, the labor policy must cultivate a model of labor- management cooperation which can solve the conflict of interests between labor and management. For the realization of labor policy improve labor laws and regulations in such a way to proper collective bargaining, to prevent labor dispute, to settle down dispute amicably and to cultivate model of labor-management cooperation. Such improvement of legislative system will be a subject of labor law for the sound labor-management relation, And than awareness, will and self-reform of the labor-management no less necessary than improvement of labor law system.
