최근 북한 의료관계법의 변모와 그 특색

The medical law of North Korea is relieved a little bit from political tendency and improved law words to have simplicity more than before. In general the medical laws of North Korea reveal differences on the system of non-paid medical care, to systemize and harmonize of oriental medicine with the new medical system, the system of the law of medicine grasses from the South Korean medical law. Among the various kinds of changes, we can find the similarity between North Korean medical laws and South Korean's about forcing to a doctor of the liability of explanation as healing, and the agreement from his own patients.
