An Exploratory Study on the Relationships of Perceived Occupational Wellbeing and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Among Restaurant Employees

This research will mainly focus on restaurant employees' occupational well being in relation to employees' organizational citizenship behaviors. In this regard, the purpose of this research is to identify and determine if there are any relationships between the underlying dimensions of occupational well being and the types of organizational citizenship behaviors. These two constructs will be operationalized and employed through the use of appropriate statistical analyses to be able to interpret the findings and result that can be used for managerial implications for the purpose of helping managers and service providers to ideally come up with strategies or managerial policies, which could help employees to have a sound occupational wellbeing so as to be able to deliver satisfactory or better service to customers in the service industry.
