Redevelopment and reconstruction play very much important role in modern welfare states But the property and rights of the people are violated frequently and unjustly in the process of redevelopment and reconstruction. The points, the property and rights of the people are infringed on operation of redevelopment and reconstruction, are raised from several parts Most important point is abusing of officials of redevelopment and reconstruction unions in making public contracts and dealing union members' properties and using unions' money. Second point is ignorance of redevelopment and reconstruction union members Third point is loop holes in the law about redevelopment and reconstruction I will explain such points and study on improvement plans of the points in this thesis. - especially examining 「The Law for City and Residing Environment Maintenance」
