초등학교 교사를 위한 사이버 발명 직무연수 콘텐츠 개발

초록
이 연구는 초등학교 교사를 위한 독창적인 콘텐츠를 개발할 목적으로 문헌 연구, 콘텐츠 개발 연구, 전문가 회의 등의 연구 방법에 의해 수행되었다. ‘초등 발명 교수학습 길잡이’로 명명되어진 이번 사이버 발명직무 연수 콘텐츠는 ‘발명으로의 초대’, ‘발명과 의미전달의 만남’, ‘발명과 음악의 만남’, ‘발명과 표현의 만남’, ‘발명과 사회의 만남’, ‘발명과 공학적 설계의 만남’, ‘발명과 진로의 만남’ 등 모두 8개 모듈에 걸쳐 30차시용으로 설계되었다. 전문가 회의를 거쳐 우선 개발해야 할 주제를 선정하였고, 그에 기초하여 스토리 보드를 작성하였으며, 사이버 초등 발명 직무연수 콘텐츠와 교사들이 참고할 수 있는 사이버 발명 직무연수 교재를 개발하였다. 이번 콘텐츠는 기존의 것과 내용 중복을 피하고 차별화되며, 초등학교 교실에 바로 적용할 수 있고 교수자와 학습자 간의 활발한 상호작용이 이루어질 수 있도록 설계하였다. 추후에는 개발된 콘텐츠가 계속적인 관리를 위하여 수정ㆍ보완되어야 하며, 초등학교 교사를 위한 더 많은 콘텐츠가 개발되어야 하고, 발주 기관에서는 장기적인 로드맵에 의거하여 공모함으로써 개발자가 충분한 시간적인 여유를 갖고 개발할 수 있어야 하며, 콘텐츠를 개발할 때에는 발명교육의 철학적 및 학문적 배경에 기초하여 이루어져야 한다고 제언하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop a cyber contents('teaching and 1earning guide in elementary school invention') for teachers' job training in invention, and to develop a textbook for teachers' invention job training. This study was carried out through literature review, development research, and experts' meeting. First of all, story boards were made to develop cyber contents. And then, the contents which were called 'teaching and 1earning guide in elementary school invention' were composed of 8 modules such as 'invitation to invention', 'meeting of invention and music', 'meeting of invention and expression', 'meeting of invention and society', 'meeting of invention and engineering design', and 'meeting of invention and career'. The contents emphasized the interaction between lecturer and learner, possibilities of application to elementary school's educational field, and differentiation from existing contents. The contents developed will contribute to increase the effectiveness of teachers' job training in the invention education, to activate the invention education at school, and to lead the invention education into the new paradigm.
