한국의 소년분류심사제도에 관한 연구

The correct understanding of a juvenile delinquent is the most important presupposition for reasonable treatment to a juvenile delinquent. Therefore each nation has enforced various investigation systems on delinquent juveniles. In Korea, juvenile classification system is one of those investigation systems on delinquent juveniles. This study is to recommend some ways to improve korean juvenile classification system. The contents of this article are as follow. Chapter one is an introduction which contains the purpose and scope of this study. Chapter two is about the theoretical aspect of juvenile classification system which is related to the concept, history, regal basis, and function of juvenile classification system. Chapter three is to review the actual condition of the korean juvenile classification system. Chapter four contains some ways to improve korean juvenile classification system. Chapter five is the conclusion of this study. In order to improve korean juvenile classification system, we have not only to reform some regulations which is related to juvenile classification system, but also to arrange enough facility and effective management programs.
