기관투자자로서 연금제도의 개선과제 - 국민연금과 퇴직연금을 중심으로-

Recently, Institutional Investors play an important role in capital market. Especially, Pension Funds(public pension fund and private pension fund) are important to improve Corporate Governance in many countries. In Korea, the role of National Pension Scheme are increasing in capital market. But Retirement Pension Scheme is not mature now. In the near future, the role of Pension Funds(National Pension Scheme and Retirement Pension Scheme) will be the most Institutional Investors in Korean Capital Market. But Pension Fund System have some problems in view of refinement. Therefore, the improvement of Pension Fund System is necessary. This article describes and analyzes the current problems and some proposals of improvement. First, this article describes Pension Fund Governance. Second, this article describes fiduciary duty. Third, this article describe Disclosure etc. This article, in particular, focus on National Pension Scheme and Retirement Pension Scheme
