A Study on the Effect of Change Management on Organizational Commitment of IT Design Venture Enterprise through Organizational Communication

초록

This study was designed to empirically investigate on the effect of change management on organization commitment of IT Design Venture enterprise through organizational communication. To accomplish the purpose of this study thereto, KOSDAQ IT Design Venture companies which are taking part in the KOSDAQ market are give to questionnaires about that how change management through organizational communication might influence the organizational commitment of IT Design Venture enterprise and verify the research model. Nowadays organizational communication is assumed to be a valid and reliable predictor of organizational performance in organization. It is argued that the environment and thus organizational communication in IT Design Venture enterprise should be somewhat different from those in traditional sectors. The results of this study are as follows: First, the transformational leadership significantly influenced the organizational communication. Second, the participation of organizational member significantly influenced the organizational communication. Finally, the organizational communication significantly influenced the organizational commitment.

Abstract
