화물연대를 통해 본 특수고용노조운동의 동학

In the state that the study on experiences of unions of 'Laborers in Special Employment(LSE), after an early stage of organization is not pursued in relation to them being inactive, this study explored the dynamics of union that should be considered in management of unions of LSE and unions of contingent laborers as well by investigating the experience of 'The Solidarity of Freight Transportation Workers(SFTW)' that has acted most prominently among unions of LSE. This study made use of document materials of SFTW and related research materials etc. For a start, this study looked into the history of SFTW on the side of environment, strategy, request, organization, struggle, bargaining and evaluated the performance and the limitation of SFTW sweepingly. Based on this result, this' study extracted special dynamics of LSE unions in focus of the implication to them by the rearrangement method, Special dynamics of LSE unions are the bad effect of nonrecognition for labor-characteristic, the difficulty in making collective consciousness, the difficulty in increasing member, the possibility of organizational hardening of arteries, the weakness of union leaders, the difficulty being due to the complexity in the subject, geography and level to struggle, the difficulty being due to high internal and external heterogeneity. In consideration of these dynamics, this study suggested the direction of activity that LSE unions should focus attention on after an early stage of organization. Lastly, limitations and directions of future study were suggested.
