교회의 사회적 책임 범주에 관한 실증 분석

초록
교회의 사회적 책임에는 예배와 찬양, 선교뿐만 아니라 사회 변화를 이끌어 나가는 조직으로서의 책임이 있다. 구체적인 책임으로서 하나님 창조의지의 세상 반영, 문화명령 이행, 하나님의 속성 실천, 사회와 공동체에서 전인적인 삶의 회복, 역동적인 공동체, 평화의 공동체, 사랑의 공동체, 개방적인 공동체, 영혼구원과 사회변혁 등의 책임 등이 있다. 본 연구는 이런 기존의 이론적 연구들을 근거로 교회의 사회적 책임에 대한 실증연구를 한 것으로 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 실증 분석 결과 교회의 사회적 책임은 품성변화, 가정윤리 교육, 사회봉사, 영적양육, 복음전파, 예배의 책임 등 6개의 요인으로 나타났다. 이 들 요인에 대해 상대적 중요도를 측정한 결과 예배책임 29.97%, 복음전파 책임 19.23%, 성도양육의 책임 15.38%, 품성변화 책임 12.32%, 사회봉사 책임 11.80%, 가정윤리 교육 책임 11.12% 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교회의 사회적 책임 수행에서 그 비중에 대한 상대적 책임 비중을 측정한 결과, 담임목사를 비롯한 전담 교역자들에게 36.2%의 가장 무거운 책임이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 그 다음으로는 장로에게 22.9%, 안수집사와 권사들에게 15.8%의 책임이 주어진 것으로 나타났다. 일반성도들과 서리집사에게도 각각 12.7%와 12.4%의 책임이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This paper studies empirical analysis of the church social responsibility on the basis of literature review. The result can be summarized as follow. Firstly, CSR(church social responsibility) includes not only worship services, praising God, and missionary work but also the role of organization to lead the social changing. Concretely speaking, these are the CSR: to come true the will of God's creation in the world, to perform the Cultural Command, to recover a life for whole man, to make a community a dynamic, peaceful, loving, and open organization. There are also the parts of CSR such as spirit salvation and social transformation. Secondly, Six factors of CSR are extracted in the empirical research: moral character changing, education for family ethics, welfare services, spiritual training, ministry and worship services. We also measured the relative importance of the 6 factors: moral character changing accounts for 12.32%, education for family ethics 11.12%, welfare services 11.80%, spiritual training 15.38%, ministry 19.23%, and worship services 29.97%. Thirdly, the portion of the relative responsibility in performing the CSR among the church members is also measured. The result are revealed as follow: religious worker makes up 36.21%, elder 22.94%, imposition deacon & deaconess 15.84%, temporary deacon & deaconess 12.49%, and general christian 12.7%.
