교회의 사회적 책임 지각수준이 이행 평가와 교회생활에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구

본 연구는 교회의 사회적 책임 지각 수준이 교회의 사회적 책임 이행 평가와 교회생활에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 교회의 사회적 역할에 대한 함의를 얻기 위해 이루어진 것이다. 교회의 사회적 책임 구성개념을 확정하고, 이 개념들에 대한 지각수준이 교회의 사회적 책임 이행 평가와 교회생활에 미치는 영향을 연구모형으로 설정하고 탐색적인 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석을 위해 품성변화, 가정윤리 교육, 사회봉사, 영적양육, 복음전파, 예배 등을 교회의 사회적 책임 범주로 다루었고, 만족도, 영적 안정감, 행동의도 등을 교회생활의 하위 차원으로 설정하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다. 교회의 사회적 책임 차원 중 복음전파와 가정윤리 교육 책임에 대한 지각 수준은 교회의 사회적 책임 평가에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 교회의 사회적 책임 이행 평가는 만족도, 영적 안정감, 행동 의도 등의 교회생활에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 교회의 가정윤리 교육과 예배에 대한 책임 지각 수준은 영적 안정감과 행동의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This paper aims to gain insights that how churches take their social responsibility toward the world. The purpose of this paper is to examine with inquiry the relationship between perception level and church life in christian. We defined social responsibility of church as containing categories such as character changing, home ethic education, welfare service, spiritual education, missionary work, and worship. Satisfaction, spiritual welfare, and behavioral intention are also defined as categories of church life. The result of this research can be summarized as follow. The perception level of social responsibility of church such as missionary work and home ethic education can influence on the evaluation of his doing responsibility. And the evaluation of his assuming responsibility influences significantly on satisfaction, spiritual welfare, and behavioral intention. And the perceived level of responsibility such as home ethic education and worship can also affect spiritual welfare and behavioral intention.
