중소기업 하도급의 문제점과 개선 방안

The relations between large and small enterprises has been a important issue in Korean economy. Especially the subcontract system between large and small enterprises has received more attention. The performance gap between large and small enterprises has got been enlarged since exchange crisis. Some SMEs as a subcontractor raise various questions about unfair act from large enterprise partners. Many stakeholders have concerned about the contents of the provisions in subcontract law. This paper has dealt with the datum and problems concerned with the subcontract transactions and the law. I think that there are many problems in transactions orders as a market economy, especially between large and small enterprises. Some of them will be much worth to be discussed. I hope this paper will be helpful to discuss about transactions order as a subcontract system. And thereafter I hope also Korean transactions order mechanism as a subcontract system can be upgraded.
