사회적 책임의 기준에 관한 연구 - ISO 26000 Committee Draft를 중심으로 -

ISO 26000, the International Standard on Social Responsibility, will soon be established. The outline of the ISO 26000 consists of the scope, terms and definitions, understanding social responsibility, principles of social responsibility, recognizing social responsibility and engaging stakeholders, guidance on social responsibility core subjects, guidance on integrating social responsibility throughout an organization, annex on voluntary initiative relating to social responsibility. Among these titles, core subjects including organizational governance, human rights, labour practices, environment, fair operating practices, consumer issues, and community involvement and development, will have a big influence on every organization of Korea. Although this Committee Draft will certainly be improved to Draft International Standard, Final International Standard, and International Standard before the implementation, but the core contents and main structure will not be changed and this Standards will be the substantial and actual standard of every organization including companies, governmental and public organizations, NGOs, consumer groups, as well as the universities and hospitals considering the positive support and engagement of the NSBs and UN etc.. So, this study focuses on the core subjects and legal problems on every subject, and it shows the desirable way of our actions and decisions.
