본 연구는 사회투자정책 관점에서 아동․청소년분야와 관련된 기업의 사회공헌 활동이 가지는 의미가 무엇인지를 규명하고 그 실태․현황을 분석한 것이다. 사회투자정책 관점에서의 기업의 사회공헌 활동은 아동․청소년분야에 수단적 성격의 의미, 매개적 의미, 가이드라인의 의미를 지닐 수 있을 것이다. 총체적으로 사회투자정책의 관점에서 기업의 사회공헌활동을 분석해보면, 예전에 비해 대상․지원성격별․참여기업 등은 다양화되고 확대되었으나, 질적인 측면에서는 한쪽 대상이나 한쪽 지원유형에 치우쳐 편중적인 성향을 나타내고 있고 지원형태도 기부금 위주로 진행되고 있다. 따라서 기업이 추구하는 이념과 사회적 책임의 본질을 구현화하기 위해 보다 적극적으로 차별화되고 특성화된 사회공헌활동을 전개하여야 할 것이며 유관단체와의 신뢰성을 바탕으로 전문적인 프로그램 지원을 활성화하여야 할 것이다. 이러한 연구결과는 아동․청소년분야에 대한 기업의 사회공헌 활동에 대한 기여를 재평가하고 선도적인 기업 사회공헌의 모델을 창출하는데 미약하게나마 도움이 될 것이다.
Abstract
Abstract : The current study analyzed the meaning of Corporate Social Responsibility from the perspective of Social Investment Policy and researched on the actual condition focus on the child & youth service. As a result of the study, it was found that the meaning of corporate social responsibility from the perspective of social investment policy is as a measure, mediation, guideline. In addition, it was totally observed that target group, character, corporate were more diversified and expanded in the past, but it was inclined in the qualitative aspect and maintained with donations. Therefore the corporate social responsibility will be more differentiation and make the more characteristics for corporate's ideology and realizing an intrinsic attribute of the social responsibility. Moreover, specialized program system will be activated the base of truth the related organization. The results based on the study will help to revaluate contribution of corporate social responsibility for the child & youth service and create good model of corporate social responsibility.
