Starting Block 유형에 따른 100m 경주 출발속도에 미치는 운동역학적 분석

A Kinetical Analysis of Starting Block Type in 100m Race Start Velocity

초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Kinematics Analysis of Starting Block Type Crouching Start in Race. In details, we experimented with 8 male short-distance runners under the three conditions such as 25㎝, 40㎝, and 35㎝. B was the shortest in starting action responding time (0.69sec). The stride shows the horizontal distance at the time of landing of the left foot on the earth surface. It was in the order of B(2.62m), C(2.6m), and A(2.55m). For the maximum horizontal surface resistance according to starting block conditions (Fy), B showed the biggest value in Left (Front) (1.14 BW;p<.05), and in Right (Rear) (1.42 BW;p<.05). For the maximum vertical surface resistance (Fz), B was the biggest both at left side (1.42 BW), and right side (1.23 BW;p<.05).For the maximum surface resistance of E1, at the left side, A (Fx, Fy, Fz), and at the right side B (Fy), B, A (Fx), A (Fz) were the biggest. For the maximum surface resistance of E2, B (Fx, Fy, Fz) was shown to be the biggest. From the summary of the results, the most favorable start in 100m race was to get the strongest propelling power at the start line. The most important technical point is to respond to the signal as quickly as possible and to reach the maximum speed in the shortest time using front body angle and gravity with the high propelling power from the strong kick. In this study, type B strating method was proven to be the most effective to improve the record.
