Online Service Providers(OSP) may share a common liability, for example contributory infringement liability, vicarious infringement liability. for defamation of the user in certain circumstances. therefore it is necessary to examine the condition of the liability through the related cases. In general, The legal position of the OSP is divided into three classes, publisher, distributer, common carrier, according to the role or the degree of the participation.
