損害賠償의 範圍 - 原子力事故에 의한 所聞損害를 中心으로 -

Nowadays the development of modern industry based on high technology brought about various issues on damage compensation by torts. In relation to the TMI Accident(1979) in U.S.A, Chernobyl Accident(1986) in the former U.S.S.R and JCO(1999) Accident in Japan, it became a hot issue to decide the scope of nuclear damage in the field of nuclear energy. At the beginning evacuation cost and prevention cost. etc were excluded the scope of nuclear damage, they were included as a nuclear damage by theory and judicial precedent. However, the argument on stigma damage was not set up as yet. In this regards it is useful to study the possibility of the stigma damage supposing the occurrence of nuclear accident in our country. Based on the above study, this thesis suggests some directions for stigma damage by nuclear accident in comparison with other countries.
