안전한 사회를 위한 유비쿼터스 IT의 현황과 과제

High interest in well-being due to increased income and more ego-centric attitudes have brought about new life style. But the other side, an increase in undergrounded anxieties about weather disasters, crime, terrorist attacks has compromised the public's sense of security. Ubiquitous IT(u-IT) is characterized by terms 'real', 'connected', 'invisible' and 'calm'. u-IT enabled all objects to have computing power and allows their use anytime and anywhere through networking. Therefore, u-IT is able to provide more convenient and safe living conditions by delivering autonomous services based on advanced intelligent system. The goal of this paper is to study on cases, various contributions and strategies of u-IT for safe society
