IT 기반 미래 사회에서의 재난관리 시스템

Recently, growing interest has been expressed in the field of new disaster management system in future society. So, the purpose of this study is to search the desirable future directions of the disaster management system in the IT-based ubiquitous society. First, this study classify the environmental changes into the five areas; international, political, economic, social-cultural, natural environmental areas. Second, major findings of this research are as follows : 1) our future society has to establish the comprehensive disaster management system including the outer-disaster and inner-disaster of our society. 2) we have to construct the society-inherent disaster management system for the safe future society, not society-detached disaster management system. 3) all the groups and institutions in the society participate in the disaster management system. 4) information technology(IT) has to be used in the every fields for managing the disaster, especially for the early warning, decision making, information collecting and analyzing, preparing and recovering, evaluation, etc.
