제헌헌법의 사회ㆍ경제질서 구성 이념

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the economic articles which were points at issue when the constitution was drafted and debated in the National Assembly of the Constitution(NAC). And this is to clarify what kind of ideology the political groups of NAC claim in order to organize the social economic order of the Republic of Korea, the separate government. Above all, for this purpose, it is necessary to explain what the state ownership and the government control economy which were provided in the Constitution of 1948 mean practically. And the cooperation between labor and capital was debated in NAC, based on “the laborer's management participation right to the company” and “the equal right to share profits of the company”. Therefore it is necessary to clarify whether this cooperation between labor and capital is different from that of European social democracy. Also it is important to examine the differences among the representatives who were not members of Korea Democratic Party, in this discussion. This analysis is to clarify the reality of the economic order and the socialization of means of production which were provided in economic articles of the Constitution of 1948. Also this is to prove the conclusion of the socialization of means of production which the right group permitted in appearance in the liberation space.
