초록
Today, the discourse about same-sex relationship is moved from the prohibition of discrimination by sexual orientation toward the recognition of same-sex marriage. Actually many states introduced the same-sex partnership similar to marriage by legislation and several states accepted same-sex marriage. Of course, such a trend is good for gay/lesbian human rights movements. But the situating marriage as an ultimate ends is not desirable in some points: although same-sex intimate relationship has the potential of alternative life style, the legalization of same-sex marriage is just included in hetero-sex legal marriage therefore used as the naturalization of marriage. Moreover the question and critique about the reason of which state has the authority over intimacy are not founded. Accordingly, now is the time that legal marriage itself should be abolished.
