초록
By using a waste protein from butchery process, a non-toxicity bactericide have been synthesized. The waste protein was hydrolyzed by potassium hydroxide into amino acids. Mixtures of the amino acids, mainly 17 different kinds of them, together with CuSO4 were used for the synthesis of a MLX type bactericide. The sterilizing of the new bactericide was tested on E. coli. At concentration of bactericide over 10 mg/l E. coli in 5 hours almost disappeared. The toxicity of the MLX bactericide and CuSO4 was studied on fish. At concentration of the MLX bactericide 100 mg/l, the fish was kept alive for 72 hours, while the CuSO4 compound showed its toxicity even only at 10 mg/l and in much shorter time, in 1 hour.
