Intellectual property right strategy of small and medium industry in the thesis can be summarized into strengthening of countermeasure system of small and medium business against violation of rights; improvement of prevention of technology outflow and protection of trade secrete; utilization plan with technology commercialization; construction of reliable technology evaluation system; early application strategy and compensation claim system; basic patent acquisition strategy through design around; plan for reinforcing promotion and education for protection of intellectual property right. In the end, success of intellectual property right in small and medium business depends on support from top management, exchange of information between divisions and interest in core technology.
