퇴직준비교육이 교원의 성공적 노후에 미치는 영향

This research is to identify pre-retirement education effect on teacher's successful aging. The detail research question is as below; First, what is teacher's perception on successful aging after retirement? Second, what is the satisfaction level on the education and what is the factor related to the satisfaction level? Third, how does affect the pre-retirement education on successful aging and is there any difference among successful aging factors. The research used survey method to resolve the research questions distributed to 1,000 retired teachers. Total 745 fully responded surveys were used. Analysis methods were t-test, MANOVA, and multiple regression. The result shows that retired teachers perceived that they satisfied with their retired life. The identified 6 successful aging factors by literature were showed statistically good relationship with successful aging. Among them, "self-acceptance" was the most reliable factors. The participation rate in pre-retirement education was not high compared to the perception on necessity of the education program. Ther were not highly satisfied with the education. Most important factors on satisfaction was the relevance to "duration of education". Finally, The teachers what participated in pre-retirement education have perceived more successful aging than the other who did not.
