CSR의 구조적 접근방식 분석

Corporations tend to have a responsibility for environments, social community, labor and financial problems. Domestic companies also begin to recognize CSR(corporate social responsibility), according to the international trends on the CSR. Each company needs to have a CSR fitted to its own characteristics. In order to select its CSR policy, first of all, previous CSR approaches should be systematically and comprehensively analyzed. In this paper, CSR approaches were classified by human fight, labor, against-corruption, environment, economic, investment and system. Additionally, CSR approaches were also divided by operators, approach methods and contracting parties. This classification will help for CSR designers to select a CSR policy.
