이혼가정 여부가 청소년의 사회적 적응에 영향을 미치는 경로

본 연구는 이혼가정 여부가 가정의 경제적 수준과 부모-자녀간 의사소통, 청소년의 자아존중감과의 관계에서 청소년 자녀의 사회적 적응에 이르는 경로는 어떠한지를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대구․경북지역의 사회복지기관을 이용하는 이혼가정의 청소년 자녀 202명을 대상으로 한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경로변수가 투입되기 전의 이혼가정 여부는 청소년의 사회적 적응에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이혼가정 여부는 다양한 경로변수인 가정의 경제적 수준, 부모-자녀간 의사소통과정, 청소년의 자아존중감을 거쳐 사회적 적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 이혼가정이라는 가족구조 자체가 청소년들의 사회적 적응에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것이 아니라 경제적 수준과 부모-자녀간 의사소통, 자아존중감을 경로로 하여, 또는 경제적 수준과 자아존중감을 경로로 하여 간접적으로 사회적 적응에 영향을 미친다는 것이다. 또한 이혼가정 여부는 자아존중감을 거치는 경로로도 청소년의 사회적 적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경로변수가 투입되기 전 이혼가정 여부가 청소년의 사회적 적응에 미치는 직접적인 영향력은 경로변수들이 투입되었을 때에는 그 영향력이 사라지는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the path of the influence of the divorce of parents on adolescent social adjustment. The subjects in this study were 202 adolescents whose parents were divorced used social welfare centers in Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province. The findings of the study were as follows: The divorce of the parents had an impact on their social adjustment through a secondhand path by being linked to living standard, parent-child communication process and adolescents' self-esteem. At the same time, that affected social adjustment through the path of living standard and their self-esteem. And that affected social adjustment through the path of self-esteem. The divorce of the parents exerted a firsthand influence on social adjustment before the path variables weren't considered, but that no longer affected it when the path variables were taken into account.
