교과서 분석을 통한 사회과에서의 기본권 교육의 실태 연구

A constitution is the system of laws which formally people’s rights and duties, as well as the fundamental of governmental structure. Constitutional law education has been regarded as a part of political education for a long time. Social studies teachers have taught a constitutional law education to obtain the knowledge of the law. Recently, the more society has been developed, the more we are faced by a lot of the legal conflict and violation of the rights in the private or public area. Therefore, as the social studies teacher, we must to teach constitutional law education to improve student’s legal abilities. First of all, we need to compare the political textbook with the laws -related textbook contained to the fundamentals rights. And we have to analyze the instructional objectives, instructional materials, scope and sequence and so on. In conclusion, we know that they are overlapping each other. However, we should handle the education of fundamental rights in the laws education more than the political education, and promote that students have the legal mind, value and behavior of the democratic society.
