중등학교 사회과 교사 법교육 직무연수의 실효성에 관한 연구 -법과 사회 교과서와의 비교 분석을 중심으로-

Today teachers of secondary social studies have a difficulty instructing ‘Law and Society’：teachers of social studies have not been familiar to the expert knowledge of law, as well as there is a lack of reference books and teaching materials for law. Therefore, teachers are willing to participate in the training of law-related education, managed by the Ministry of Justice, in order to supply the shortages of technical knowledge of law and a teaching method. The purpose of this study is to analyze law-related education training, which operated in much response of teachers, practically how much the instruction of law in school process affects. The frameworks was used for comparing and analyzing of the relationship between the curriculum of the training and ‘Law and Society’ textbook. Because most teachers depend on the textbook for their teaching and the main material is still a textbook in class. The main results of this study are as follows： First, the units are not addressed such as ‘women and law’, ‘environment and law’, ‘international law’ in the curriculum of law-related education training, even though these are arising as more significant issues these days. Second, a survey of teachers who completed the training has found that most teachers were satisfied with this course and didn’t hold a different view about the necessity of keeping training. Add to teachers suggested that it would be more effective if the curriculum of the training includes fully contents of the textbook with extended on-the-spot study and more engagements of experts in law field.
