여성 재취업자 및 창업자를 위한 법교육 -경기여성 e-러닝센터의 사례를 중심으로-

This writing deals with cases of education on law for women seeking re-employment or founding new businesses, topic which was contemplated by the writer while preparing for a lecture regarding training on civilian law for the e-Learning Center in Gyeonggi Women's Development Center. Such a case holds significance in the sense that education on civilian law studies the opening of diverse legal education processes for different types of students. In cases where the subject of legal education is women, it is important to teach them their special status as subjects under protection, but it is also important to develop an education method different from that of men in order to maximize the education effects. For Ewha Womans University and Sookmyung Women’s University, there are several lectures that have been opened on the subject of women, but it is unlikely that legal training on differentiated women is taking place when studying the evaluations of course plans. However, Ewha Womans University's "Principles and Practice of Legal Structure" course is related to the development of women legal educators. The "Women and Daily Law" published by the Ministry of Justice deals with daily law related to women in a family, workplace, and society, but it fails in differentiating the education content for different professions or age levels. The Gyeonggi Women's Development Center is currently running an e-Learning Center for women seeking for reemployment or founding a new business. "Examples of e-Business and Legal Practical Affairs," and "Legal Points in Contract Composition for Different Situations" courses are held at the e-Learning Center. However, there are still various problems that have to be solved in regards to the lack of the development of education methods and content, as well as difficulties and arranging sessions held by different lecturers.
