Recently, the U. S. financial crisis, oil rises, high raw material prices a decrease in public spending in the all over the world and the Korea threaten the survival of a large number of businesses. Under the crisis circumstance, businesses have to strategic choice to survive. In this study, the purpose is how information technology influence on the businesses performance among strategic selections. This study is subjective consideration that explores the impact of An operation-oriented and market-oriented type for information technology and makes a close inquiry into a reciprocity. To further research, it analyzes positively businesses which hold a patent. The study of information technology performance assessment is started with econometrics approach. It analyzes positively relation between information technology investment and nature of information technology based on a theory of production function. However, It has a limit at once that does not present positive meaning or management guide to make a good use of information technology further.
