병원의 보험심사평가 업무가 경영성과에 미치는 영향

The study empirically investigates the causal relationship between the quality of insurance review & assessment task and managerial performance in hospital organizations. A total of 235 questionnaires collected were used to test hypotheses. The results of this study can be summarized as followings: First, perceived organizational support had a positive significant on the quality of insurance review & assessment task. Second, the higher the quality of insurance review & assessment task, the higher the (1) rate of medical expenses receipt (2) formal objection recovery rate and (3) managerial performance in hospital organizations. Third, the rate of medical expenses receipt had not a positive significant effect on managerial performance. Fourth, the formal objection recovery rate had a positive significant effect on managerial performance. But it was founded the rate of medical expenses receipt and the formal objection recovery rate were playing mediating roles through regression methodology between the quality of insurance review & assessment task and managerial performance. Finally, managerial implications and future research directions are discussed.
