교육대학원생들의 학업과 졸업의 실패 요인들에 관한 질적 연구

The object of this study conducted as a qualitative research was to analyze factors affecting the failure of learning and graduation for HRD major students at graduate school of education. For this purpose, the following research questions were established. 1) What is the factors affecting the failure of learning for HRD major students at graduate school of education? 2) What is the factors affecting the failure of graduation for HRD major students at graduate school of education? Therefore, Researchers found factors affecting the failure of learning at home, society and learning contents. ① Home factors are late homecoming and a domestic scenes and economic trouble. ② Society factors are a work vacuum and early leaving office. ③ Learning contents factors consist of teacher and theory centered class and tasks. Researchers found factors affecting the failure of graduation at home, society and learning contents. ① Home factors are an absence of supports and interest from family members. ② Society factors are a thesis stress and changing business conditions. ③ Learning contents factor are an absence of class for learning to write a thesis. In conclusion, Graduate School of Education need to develop courses for students and families and field centered courses. And Classes to learn how to write a thesis are needed.
