입학사정관제의 합리적 정착을 위한 사교육비 경감 방안 연구

이 연구는 대학입학제도 중 입학사정관제의 합리적 정착을 위해 입학사정관 전형과 사교육의 연 관성을 검토하고, 고등학교 입학사정관제 전형에 대한 대비 실태와 사교육시장의 대응을 분석하여, 이를 바탕으로 사교육 경감방안을 탐색․제시하는 것이 목적이다. 입학사정관 전형과 연관된 사교육 경감방안으로 고등학교 교육 개선 방안과 입학사정관 전형으 로 인한 사교육 수요 증대 방지 방안, 사교육 대체재 제공 방안을 제시하였다. 입학사정관 전형 대 비를 위한 고등학교 교육개선방안으로는, 교사들의 이해 증진, 교육과정 특성화․내실화, 교수학습, 평가, 기록 방법 개선, 심층면접․논술, 자료 작성 대비 교육프로그램 운영, 진로교육과 진학컨설팅 강화, 학교교육 홍보 개선 등을 제시하였다. 그리고 입학사정관 전형으로 인한 사교육 수요 증대 방지 방안으로는, 정부의 신중하고 단계적인 접근 방식, 정보 불균형 해소를 위한 대학의 전형정보 제공, 사교육 수요 증대를 유발하지 않는 전형 요소·기준·방법의 개발·적용 등을 제안하였다. 사교 육 대체재 제공 방안으로는, 방과후학교와 한국대학교육협의회, EBS 등을 통한 진학컨설팅과 온라 인 교육 서비스 등을 제안하였다.
Abstract
After reviewing the relationship between admission officer's screening and private education and analyzing high school's preparation to admission officer system's screening and private educational market's countermeasure, the study explored and presented the way of reduction of private educational expense. As the alternatives of reduction of private educational expense related to admission officer's screening, the study presented ploicy tasks such as reforming high school education, preventing the demand increment of private education due to admission officer's screening, and presenting the substitute of private education. As the way of reforming high school education for preparing admission officer's screening, six alternatives were presented. And, as the way of preventing the demand increment of private education due to admission officer's screening, three alternatives were presented. Also, as the way of presenting the substitute of private education, two alternatives were presented. Each alternative was discussed in detail more.
