중국 현대물류 발전에서 EC의 역할- 한국 물류기업에게 미치는 영향 -

중국은 내부적 요인인 물류산업에 대한 규제개혁에 따른 경쟁촉진과 외부적 요인인 물류서비스에 대한 수요기업의 니즈변화, WTO 가입 후 물류시장의 대대적인 개방에 따른 글로벌 물류기업들의 적극적인 물류시장 진입과 경쟁 심화로 인해 역내 물류기업들의 어려움은 더욱 가중되고 있다. 중국 물류산업의 규모가 커지고 국내 물류 경쟁력은 더욱 가속화 되는 현실에서 물류산업의 경쟁력을 키우기 위한 방안을 모색하게 되었고 물류와 전자상거래의 결합을 통해 해결 방안을 추진하고 있다. 중국은 정부차원에서 정보기술의 도입과 물류 정보시스템의 구축을 유도하고 있고 RFID, GIS, GPS등의 무선통신기술 도입과 기술개발과 보급을 위한 투자, SCM 관리시스템 보급으로 업무의 효율성을 극대화 하고 경쟁우위를 확보, 인력 양성을 하여 전자상거래 제도의 물류를 핵심 산업으로 발전시키려고 노력을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중국의 물류의 현대화에서 EC의 역할이 어떤 작용을 하였으며 또한 중국에 진출한 우리 기업에게 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하였다.
Abstract
It marks the arrival of times of Cyber-economy that the appearance of electronic-commerce(EC) has realized the unity of information flow, funds and logistics, with making the traditional market connect with network. With several times of frustrations, EC in China has shown effects already from starting to today. Seen from the present, however, It is in relatively low-level in China. It is critical task for a government and corporations in China to improve the progress of EC development more quickly and widely. This study is to find problems and shortages in the course of development of EC in China, with comparing some aspects of EC between China and Korea. Consulting the relative excellent EC mode in Korea and the situation of China, this Study brings forward some development strategies for EC development in China.
