세무회계관련학과 학생의 만족도 및 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구－수도권 A대학의 사례를 중심으로－

This study, targeting on the university students attending a tax accounting－related department, investigated their satisfaction with their universities and majors and analyzed life environmental－factors of their universities affecting their satisfaction and scholastic achievements. Through such investigation, this study was intended to make a proposal for scholastic policies able to cope effectively with changing educational environment. As a result of the materials, it was found that the schoolwork guidance factor, educational－environment factor, non－schoolwork guidance factor, social factor and psychological factor among six university life environmental－factors (a schoolwork guidance factor, an educational－environment factor, a non－schoolwork guidance factor, a social factor, a psychological factor and a friend relation factor) have a positive(＋) effect on their satisfaction with their universities and departments, and the non－schoolwork factor and psychological factor have a positive(＋) effect, and the social factor has a profitable negative(－) effect, on the scholastic achievement of university students. Above study results are expected to contribute to establishment of schoolwork policies of a tax accounting－related department by proposing various factors able to increase the satisfaction of students attending a tax accounting－related department with their universities and majors as well as their scholastic achievement.
